JOB DESCRIPTION

If you have some experience in community or home care work and are now looking for some supervision and management experience, then the Field Care Supervisor role could be what you are looking for.

Our Field Care Supervisors are responsible for a group of our clients and Care Workers within the local community. 

The role takes responsibility for ensuring our clients are receiving the care and support they expect and deserve. Field based, as the name implies, you will be liaising with the client directly both at the commencement of the service and for its duration. This will involve conducting assessments and reviewing on a regular basis how the service is delivered. 

Your role in brief

Our Field Care Supervisors will be responsible for supervising and managing the Care and Support Workers, and ensuring that they are always adhering to Caremark's high standards. Working closely with the Care Manager and Co-ordinator to plan the service effectively, the role also includes holding regular team meetings and one-to-one meetings with Care Workers to discuss their progress and training. 

By maintaining close relationships with both the client and the Care Worker, the Field Care Supervisor is fundamental to the organisation of a high quality service.
